5 tips to ease your mind during a transition

Transitions are a part of life. If you really think about it the whole thing is a huge transition but it’s not so obvious on the day to day. Usually a “big” change happens and we find ourselves smuggled between fear/anxiety and MAYBE some excitement. I am 100% sure that I have not experienced all types of transitions but I have experienced some of the same ones multiple times.  I have compiled some simple practices that have helped me get through those times somewhat gracefully (it’s all perspective, right?) so I hope you find them helpful and just know that everyone on this planet goes through funky times- there is no need to feel alone.  I also want to encourage you to practice these regularly. It’s really nice to have a solid foundation on your self-care before having a freak out moment but you can really start at any time. No better time than NOW!
